Villa Andreu
Can Andreu is a beautiful authentic Ibicencan Finca Settled in the hills between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo, right in the centre of Ibiza. The popular little town of Santa Gertrudis, with its supermarkets and restaurants, is only a 2 few minutes drive away.
Main House:
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a sitting room with fireplace and home cinema, a further sitting hall with fireplace and the indoor dining area with an open plan kitchen and separate pantry/ laundry room. Depending on the timing of the planning permit, the dining kitchen area will be extended by a further 40m2 covered sitting and dining area. Currently, there is a terrace with incredible views of the San Joanhill range and the Morna Valley.
The Guesthouse:
The guesthouse has been more or less built from scratch a year ago and offers comfortable accommodation for a family or group of friends. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms and the living area
benefit from air- conditioning and the entire house has underfloor heating. The guesthouse benefits from its own high-spec kitchen, laundry facilities and sitting room. The guesthouse has a large, partially shaded terrace with beautiful views to the east and receives wonderful evening light. There is also a 100m2 lawn adjoining the terrace attached to the house surrounded by beautiful lush vegetation.
Open space:
A 2-3 minutes walk away, you find the Open Space studio, a 100m2 studio for activities from dance
to yoga, meditation or martial arts. The studio is equipped with underfloor heating, fan coil units (for
heating and cooling), a full home cinema with surround sound, all yoga and meditation materials,
changing rooms, with lockers, toilet, an outdoor kitchenette and sitting area. There is also an outdoor terrace
garden with sitting and dining facilities as well as a yurt, which is ideal for smaller groups activities or treatments. Both the yurt and the main studio benefit from heating and cooling facilities.
Yurt:
One of the bedrooms is a luxury Yurt which is connected to the main house by a wood and glass structure, thereby making it an integral part of the main house
